2. Coordination fees

Refund eligibility for coordination fees depends on work already performed at the time of cancellation. Fees for completed consultations, research, or liaison work may be non-refundable. Specific terms will be stated in your itemized proposal.

3. Third-party costs

Payments made to cremation providers, couriers, venues, artisans, or other third parties are generally non-refundable once committed.Global Rest cannot guarantee refunds from third parties and is not responsible for their cancellation policies.

4. Cancellation by the family

To cancel coordination services, contact us promptly at Garyharding315@gmail.com. We will confirm what work has been completed and what refund, if any, may apply under your agreement.

5. Cancellation by Global Rest

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we cannot fulfill coordination responsibly — for example, due to legal restrictions, provider unavailability, or incomplete information. Applicable refunds will be addressed case by case.

6. Rescheduling

Ceremony or consultation rescheduling is handled with flexibility when possible. Rescheduling third-party bookings may incur additional fees set by those providers.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within a reasonable time with your reference number and details. We will review and respond in good faith.

8. Payment processing

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on financial institutions and payment processors.
